I'm currently a 2nd year analyst at a lower tier BB... is this year particularly tough for associate recruiting? I understand there's been a slowdown in the market. I've probably been involved in 20+ processes and have made it to 5 superdays, and haven't gotten an offer yet. Is PE recruiting supposed to be this tough?
