AKKR - Insights

Hey guys, I would love to hear any insights on AKKR. I have an interview for their Summer Analyst program, and would love to hear what other people has to say about them. I would appreciate any insight into the culture, interview process, junior roles etc!

Thank you.

Congrats on getting an interview - I had a friend go through their process and they had a great experience. Super nice team that focuses on mid-market tech. I believe that they don't hire analysts out of undergrad but I may be wrong. I would recommend researching their portfolio companies, looking into the different tech verticals (example: SaaS, cloud, etc.), and having a solid answer as to why tech PE. Talk about why you would much rather do investing over other finance roles and study the various metrics used to evaluate tech companies. Also believe there's three rounds in the process. Hope this helps and good luck!
