Any Diversity Programs From Buyside Firms for Upperclassmen?
I know many banks host 2 day diversity programs for sophomores recruiting investment banking—are there any buyside firms that do the same? I know Ares has a program for sophomores (or freshmen, not sure), and Oaktree has the Future Leaders Program for upperclassmen Do any other buyside firms host these?

I didn't even know about Oaktree's program - thanks OP.
Everything I've seen has been for freshmen and sophomores. To not be completely useless, one thing to note is that Goldman's programs are generally available to anyone in college (freshmen through seniors).
Yep of course, just attended Oaktree's program and it was definitely geared towards upperclassmen (teaching, focus on specific groups, case study) than a sophomore diversity program where the main goal is just networking.
Does Goldman ever accept upperclassmen though, especially those who have signed other summer internship offers?
