Any idea about Z capital group llc?

Friends, just wanted to ask if anyone has anything to share on Z Capital Group by founded by James Zenni. Seems like a small PE/ Credit shop with specialized operations team but would be interested to hear about any opinions on work, people and culture there..appreciate any inputs!

Came across a few lending deals where they acted as a sponsor for the company and also a few other deals where they are a participant on the credit side. For the context, I'm at a bugle bracket and we regularly service all of the MF and activist investors. The deals that they are in seem solid, but we don't have much contact with the guys at Z-cap, at least not on the analyst level.
