Apollo S3 Secondaries Culture and WLB?
Anyone have any insights into the culture and WLB at Apollo S3 (their secondaries team)? Is it as sweaty as the main PE teams?

Work across from them on deals. Nowhere near as sweaty as direct PE. Everyone I’ve met on the team are great people, very friendly. It’s only been a handful of deals but their WLB honestly seems like it could be better than other secondaries shops as well… as in I’ve never gotten late night pings from juniors on their team.
Any insight regarding comp? Similar or slight cut compared to direct pe?
There are tons of threads on this, secondaries and other FoF all pay less than direct PE
In NYC associates are 120-150k base, in smaller cities usually 85-110k
