Aquiline Capital 2026

Did an interview about 1 month ago but still have not heard back from HR, has anyone else done any interviews or in the process? Heard it moves slow but it has been a long time now and just want some clarification, wondering if anyone else has experienced the same.

Based on the most helpful WSO content, it's not uncommon for firms to have slow-moving recruitment processes. For example, in similar situations, candidates have reported waiting weeks or even months for updates. Some firms may delay due to internal changes, additional candidate evaluations, or simply a dysfunctional hiring process.

A few tips: 1. Follow Up Strategically: Send a polite follow-up email to HR or your point of contact. If you’ve already done this, consider waiting another week or two before reaching out again. 2. Prepare for Other Scenarios: A verbal or implied interest without a written offer holds little weight. Keep exploring other opportunities while waiting. 3. Network: If you have connections at Aquiline Capital, consider reaching out to them for insights into the process.

Remember, delays don’t always mean rejection, but staying proactive is key!
