Ares Management PE Analyst Salary
Does anybody know what the Private Equity Analyst salary is at Ares Management Corporation? I’m curious whether the firm increased it?

Does ares even have a PE analyst program anymore? I haven’t seen it on handshake or anywhere — where have you seen it? Also is it only in LA? Would imagine comp is similar to other MF PE analyst programs so ~200k all in.
Yes, we mostly hire directly out of our internship program now (at least on the real estate side). And no, I don’t know what first year comp is, sorry.
But what about for the PE group, not RE?
Any insight on how many analysts the RE group usually take in? Also curious if Ares encourages their analysts to stay with the company or is it more a two and out program?
