Ares SA Return Rate

Hi, I recently received an offer from Ares for SA2023 and am thinking about accepting it. However, I've heard that Ares historically has had low return offer rates and was wondering if anyone had an idea what the return rate has been in the past? Many thanks!

Not sure where you heard that. Believe the return offer rate has been 90%+ amongst all groups historically

Current Ares employee in the PE group. Echoing the poster above, historically return rates within our group has been ~100% as there is a spot for each candidate that we extend summer offers to. Obviously this is for the PE group, but I would expect the same goes for Credit and RE (though only one year of data to go off of because they just started the summer —> FT pipeline)
