Bain Cap vs. BCV interview

Hi all!

Wondering if anyone has any insight into how similar Bain Cap is to Bain Capital Ventures in terms of associate pay and interview process. I know that directionally associates at BCV are paid less, anyone know how much less? Also I'm reading that interviews at BCV are just 45 mins of talking about a start up or vertical that you think would make for a compelling investment, while Bain Cap is more of a case interview with some finance questions thrown in- is this true?

Thanks!!
