Bayside Capital (HIG)?
Anyone gone through the interview process here?
Would love insight into their modeling test/superday, and general impressions of the firm/culture.

Career Resources
Known several people that have worked there (two of my previous bosses at my last pe shop and some friends). Good shop, smart guys, but bad culture.
Thanks - seems consistent with what I've read online.
Not sure if Bayside has been directly effected, but lots of turnover at HIG the past couple of months.
HIG in general has bad culture and low comp, but assume experience will still be beneficial due to their size
