Best ERP software for a portfolio company?

Does anyone have any recommendations/ reviews (good or bad) of ERP software that portfolio companies use to manage operations? (Specifically, LMM manufacturing.) A few companies I have worked with switched to EPICORE, have also heard of Cloud Sweet industrial, global shop solutions, genius, E2, etc. Am also interested in how easily they scale/ integrate bolt on acquisitions.

I have zero knowledge or experience in this space, so any input is appreciated. Thanks.

It really depends on what your existing tech stack looks like, what your budget is, what your existing employees are familiar with (can reduce onboarding expenses), etc.  But Epicor is pretty well regarded and widely used as a manufacturing ERP - likely not a bad choice. But this is a tough question to ask on a forum - I would just set up demos with sales reps at Epicor and some of the other companies you mentioned and figure it out from there. You can also check sights like Capterra, G2, etc. to compare software, but a product demo with a rep might be more efficient actually
