blackstone pre-mba positions

I know Blackstone hires college grads without experience for PE analysts. And 3 year PE analysts at Blackstone kinda equals to finishing 2 year pre-MBA associates at other funds that don't have analyst position (heard from others). But blackstone has been interviewing IB analysts for PE position.... how would the hires be treated then? 2nd year BX PE analyst? Pre-MBA associate? The normal 2-year PE analyst at BX's salary is not the same as 1st year pre-MBA associates at say TPG or Bain Cap. How does this work out?? just curious...anyone knows? appreciate your inputs.

lol..sorri... in short, if someone joins BX PE after 2 years in IB, what title would he have? Would compensation / title / path different from 2nd year or 3rd year BX PE analysts?
