Break into REPE from Real Estate Development

Hi Folks,

I am graduated from non-target business school in London from Master's in Economics and Finance. Already have an experience in audit at KPMG and worked on deals in a small boutique bank in Dubai. After my graduation I got a job in residential real estate development in the biggest council in the UK with the aim of breaking into acquisitions/investments CRE. I am studying for CFA L1 and CAIA and improving my modeling skills on different courses by doing different class models. 

I would be appreciated any advise on my journey.
