Anyone have any insights on the difference between Carlyle's offices in New York and Washington D.C. (strategies / culture / hours / comp / etc.)???

Have heard that culture and hours are worse in NYC. Also important to note that some teams are NYC only (in the US) like Consumer or Healthcare while other teams are DC only like Aerospace and Defense
Carlyle TMT midmarket is in NYC and Carlyle TMT large cap is in DC
What about Carlyle Credit group.. ? Is it split btw NY and DC?
