Carried Interest - UK/US citizen
Keen to hear if anyone’s been in the position of having both a US and UK citizenship whilst residing in the UK and how to navigate the tax implications upon reaching the point of receiving carried interest. My understanding is you lose half due to tax across both countries, but grateful if anyone can provide further insight

Think this is true for income by not carry? Believe HMRC removed the double taxation protection for carry in Feb-22
