I applied to CoBe Capital. Not much information about them other than its website and a few glassdoor posts. Does anyone have any insights into the firm?

The description I get is they're a private equity firm? Is that not true?
I've met with the founder; smart, sharp enjoyable guy. From memory, used to do distressed deals but has moved upstream. Thoughtful and cautious, he makes good bets that are well vetted. Does a lot of work in Europe. Knows his shit, started with money and has made more. Tough manager, knows the details and keeps an eye on his investments, not off chasing the next deal. Relatively small portfolio, looking for quality over quantity. I'd invest along side him.
