Corporate-level REPE Modeling Test

Hey, I have a modeling test coming up for a PE group that works on RE operating companies. Does anyone have any models for similar roles they would be willing to trade or know what to expect for a test like this? I'm assuming it'll be an LBO test, but I'm not sure of any quirks that RE companies have vs a typical LBO. Any help would be greatly appreciated because I'm new to this space. Thanks

I have an example model we gave to a few potential hires for the development shop I work at. Not exactly what you’re looking for but it’s pretty tough so would be good practice.
