Credit Fund - General interview questions for Grad (topics for interview, EBITAR, case study)

Hi,
I will be interviewing for a grad position at a private debt fund and coming from a legal background with a masters in finance.
1st question is general about the technical topics you'd recommend to prepare, I've so far spotted 3 main areas being:
- Private Equity / LBO Models / Strategic rationale
- Legal considerations : covenants, types of debt, subordination, insolvency ...
- Some financial markets stuff (?) option/bond pricing, callable/putable, interest rates trends
Would there be other things you'd recommend studying or things mentioned you think are irrelevant ?

2nd question is really straight forward:
In net debt adjustments there's the typical EBITDAR/Adj Net Debt. Why do we actually do that since rents sould always be senior to interests payments ?

3rd question : any insights on an actual credit analysis case study I could do to practice ?

Thanks a bunch :) !
