Crossover funds / Hill Path Capital
I am looking for some insight into these types of funds—specifically from an associate’s perspective.
I’m curious about exposure, deal reps, compensation, exits, etc.
also, I came across Hill Path Capital. Any info or insights from a junior perspective, place to work at, prestige, etc?
I've heard it's an absolute sweatshop; founder was the youngest partner ever at Apollo for reference as to what the culture might be like.

@hill path if you ever wondered what the professional equivalent to getting kicked in the face & balls at the same time on a regular basis is like, look no further. Have heard good things about the above market comp though.
May have trouble raising a new fund - performance is mixed, steady stream of departures over the years.
