Hi xlsx1988, no, I never sleep and so I can respond to any lonely threads (like this one) at all hours of the night. Impressive, I know ;-)
Any pros willing to rescue this discussion? MattDeller matt0106 marcoswp
Hope that helps.

Would you mind sharing when the headhunters contacted you and what kind of profile you have (graduated or not, IB internships)? I have been contacted for other funds but not this one despite having solid internships… is having a masters a pre-requisite?
Arguably the best seat in Europe due to the fund economics. By far the largest player here and is extremely active. Culture is pretty stuffy and have heard it’s very “german”. Performance has been great over the years with super interesting deals. Cant comment on specific groups but in general its an amazing place to be at in terms of potential regardless of the individual groups.
Can you elaborate on the fund economics point? What makes it so attractive? And do you have any comp examples? I only know it's deal-by-deal which doesn't necessarily make it superior to other approaches in itself (especially if there are clawbacks)?
