Dallas Stock Exchange long-term effects and outlook.

From my understanding it is being created to allow private equity to quickly and cheaply IPO PE PortCos. In the process giving citadel more market making opportunities and Blackstone more AUM. To me the thesis sounds solid has public markets are usually more efficient than private and eliminates worries of finding a buyer. I would imagine PE firms could get quicker exits and or higher valuations to juice IRR leading the success of the exchange. To those who are in PE what do you think of the exchange? Would this lead to a larger PE presences in Dallas? Could it increase IB presence? Any and all thoughts are appreciated.
