Deciding which role to take

Hi all, I recently received offers for two very different roles. There are so many factors to consider and this would be my first FT role out of college, so I'm at a crossroads in deciding which offer to accept. Appreciate any insight on what would make the best decision For context my future goal is to work in an UMM PE shop or a VC shop/ CVC arm then found my PE/VC own firm. I'll also be attaching my resume for further context on my background. (I didn't go to a target school). Role 1: - FP&A Analyst -$80k base, all in comp $112k - hyper growth startup [valued at over $1B (investors include: Mark Cuban, Y combinator, Tiger Global, Bond, Tribe Capital)] - 40 hr work weeks - regularly working with the strat and corp dev teams -located in a HCOL city (high income tax as well) - will have to move - immediate exit ops: join the corp dev team, join an regional IB focused on the industry this startup operates in Role 2: - RE Private Equity Analyst - $75k base, all in comp $90k-$100k -LMM PE shop, $2 billion AUM - 60-80hr work weeks -located in a mcol city -will not have to move - immediate exit ops: join the traditional/corporate deal team, move to a MM PE shop where I can focus on businesses rather than RE?
