Director Training

My firm has a budget for additional training. Since I am in the path for promotion, and after having completed LBO Financial Model training in the last 2 years, what specific training / providers or WSO ad-hoc training would you recommend at this level?

Have seen some PE associations offering LPA negotiation, Value creation...  but those look superficial and short (not much value added)?

What areas would you focus and use the budget to boost your profile?

Thanks,
