Do associates in PE travel to MPs and site tours or usually it’s just a Partners showing up to meetings post IOI

Yes, and am at a scaled MM firm. I’ve gone to every MP and portco board meeting and am expected to participate. We run leaner deal teams but feel like this is the typical cadence across firms. If you’re not regularly attending, I’d question the quality of the experience you’re actually getting as just a number cruncher.
