Been working in infra for a number of years so I would say the following:
- Huge turnover, they are constantly recruiting juniors and approached the market for a VP role. After a quick search on LinkedIn, you can see that most of them don't last more than 18 months

- Very political and demanding. Working atmosphere is awful with very sharp elbow partners trying to screw each others in order to promote their own transactions (to be confirmed if still true, this was the case few years ago) 

- Comps is lower than peers (unless you make it to VP where you get access to carry)

agree - said similar on a different DWS thread bc the juniors were from low quality banks and I view that as a red flag
