EB SA to MF PE FT

trying to understand a bit more about the process for MF PE FT. I will be to a very strong group, and I was wondering if some of the people who made the jump to PE for their analyst year were willing to share their experience. When did you recruit? How risky was the process? How did you prepare for it?
