*Effective* Networking for IB as PE Intern - pls help

Hi all, I’m going to be starting a MM PE internship next week and I need advice on how to network effectively. I’ll be working closely with a Director and a VP. I will also be the youngest and least experienced (going into the 2nd year of a 4yr degree in September) at the firm with most others being at least 5 years older, all with degrees and MBAs from HBS and top B-schools. I want to make connections that will last. I know there’s probably not much I can offer them with my lack of experience but I’m still keen to forge relationships that are of mutual benefit and not just my benefit from someone fed up of me constantly asking. How could I possibly do this??? (Also I think an important point in mind is that the culture here is that of utmost respect to senior members, much less casual upfront than most situations I’ve seen on here) Any advice is HIGHLY appreciated. (Please help me 😭) Edit: can’t seem to get the USA northeast out of the location, it’s glitching, sorry about that
