Does anyone know which recruiters/search firms recruit for the main Energy PE firms? I'm doing oil and gas banking at a decent shop but haven't heard anything yet. Just curious for firms like NGP/ Encap / Quantum / ArcLight/ Riverstone / Kayne/ etc. etc.
Any insight on the above is much appreciated!!

I believe Quantum and Lime Rock use DSP. The rest don't use headhunters. NGP/Encap/First Reserve etc. will typically just reach out to VPs/MDs they know at various banks and ask for resumes.
I believe first reserve uses Henkel ^^^. Unsure about NGP/Encap/ArcLight. Anyone know?
