I'm applying to many different firms and I have a upcoming interview with a PE consulting firm. I couldn't find many posts about exit opportunities or how PE consulting firms work but I was wondering if anyone has ever worked at a PE consulting firm that worked on financial due diligence, financial modeling, and M&A.
