Finding a PE partner
TIA. We have pre-rev patented IT and are attempting to acquire a $30M rev. $3.1M EBITDA assembler to utilize their balance sheet to complete our product development. Made it to two PE's investment committees, but their concerns on dual focus forced a pass. ABL payments as an alternate would tie up almost all of the operating cash. The tech has garnered letters of interest from tier ones in our industry and we can handle both the target growth management and product development. Would appreciate some additional direction from the oasis community.
