First time going through Diligence on the PE side - Should it be this rough?
Landed a LMM PE offer from a BB and I am now going through the Pre-LOI diligence process. I personally feel like I am struggling to keep up, but also feel like I am missing what is important in the DD process. Is this a common occurrence to feel like I am just missing things on the first go around?
