From PE Intern to M&A Analyst

Hi there, just wanted to get your opinion on a new opportunity that I've got.

So I am an intern (that is being trained to become an analyst) in a small PE firm in a small market. My goal was to eventually transition to a bigger PE firm doing real estate in London. My internship ends late December and I haven't found a job in London yet.

I got approached by my boss yesterday saying that he has a job offer for me to be the sole analyst of a new M&A advisory firm that he co-founded in the country that I'm already in + Romania (10 month position). Essentially, it will be just the three of us, with the 2 founders running around as they own multiple businesses. The newly founded company has 3 M&A deals ( as I figured, 15-20M deals) that it will advise on. I will be minimum wage (which is really low here) and a bonus of 3x the minimum wage every time (and if) we close a deal.

Now, my question/concern was: Is it worth it to do it? I still don't know what I want to do in the future. Whether this is real estate, shipping or finance I have not yet chosen what I mostly like. Is the opportunity that I'm being offered "a once in a lifetime" opportunity, with loads of responsibilities? Or I would be better off working in a PE fund in London for now? Is extensive experience in M&A deals something that can help me in Real Estate, Shipping or my Entrepreneurial plans in general?

What I thought was that if I get this experience and I succeed in it, I will easily find a job in M&A in London. But what will my salary and position be there? I don't even know if I want to do M&A (I don't find a use for it in my future entrepreneurial aspirations), I just want to do something that will 1. Give me knowledge and skills that I will be able to use in my entrepreneurial future and 2. Give me a lot of money, of course.
