GCM Grosvenor
Anyone have any thoughts on an opportunity with their PE primaries / secondaries / co-invest groups? Specifically interested in how people think about a post-IBD analyst role (not sure if it's an analyst or associate title there) in terms of experience, culture, comp, reputation, etc. It seems like they're a large, well regarded manager but there isn't a lot of info about them out there. Any info on co-invest vs. GP investing roles in terms of trajectory, day-to-day, etc. would be helpful too. Thanks!

Any update thoughts on GCM? Particularly their co-investment team? Have to imagine it’s pretty solid given the scale of their primaries platform. Any insights on culture, comp (bonus / carry), deal flow would be great.
Garbage firm, bad culture and limited upward movement. Avoid.
Why do you say that?
Small secondaries team in NY, main focus on middle-market deals with a pretty even split on LP and GP-led transactions. They also offer summer analyst program that can transition to full-time
