I am interested in working for a private/Mezz debt fund. I have decent experience (one year in ABL syndications, have been doing corporate banking underwriting for almost two years), but have not had any headhunters reach out to me specifically. LinkedIn and Indeed have scarce postings. Would it look desperate to email small funds directly asking about associate opportunities?
