Going into PE right after undergrad after summer BB IB internship?
Hey everyone! Title pretty much explains it, but I got a summer 2026 bb ib offer. however, i was wondering if people recruit directly to private equity after this internship and after undergrad? how does that process look like? who do i contact? any info would help, and thank you as always!
