Going to MM PE of staying at GS?
Currently at a top classics group at GS, was aiming for UMM /.MF but unfortunately wasn't able to land one. Have an offer at a solid MM PE shop (Jordan, flexpoint, vestar etc) and wanted people's opinion on whether.to wait for UMM /MF off cycle or stay an extra year?
Also - at a terrible culture group at GS which is having a significant impact on my mental wellbeing and health
