Goldcoast, HSP, Bellcast, CPI, Other HHs...
For principal / vp / sr asso level jobs, has anyone gotten inbounds from any of these 4 headhunters in the last 2 months? If so, which HHs? Don't need to name the hiring firm if not interested, but trying to gauge whether there actually aren't any roles which is why I'm not getting inbounds (relatively strong background), or I'm just being ghosted for some reason.
If you have, would appreciate if you could name the HH and the level that the role is for
Haven't seen much from Gold Coast (they're one of the worst in being cagey). Saw Bellcast launch search for Harvest VP in NYC, CPI send out a blast for a Chicago LMM Industrials VP role
Do you know which strategy within Harvest?
Frontenac (LMM industrials Chicago role mentioned above) and Radial Equity are two I’ve seen. Have gotten a couple of others but don’t know the names

I've seen 2-3 roles from CPI (other posters have mentioned the Chicago Industrials LMM)

None from Gold Coast, Bellcast, Oxbridge, Amity, Ratio
This seems right, which is to say very sparce and kind of all over the place geographically. Glad that at least they are not willfully ignoring me, it seems.

Idk about y'all, but SG is kind of the worst, in the sense that they will write to you and then not respond if you ask a question etc, are really difficult to communicate with

No. You’d need permission from your current fund because they don’t want to mess with that relationship. Quite annoying, tried bypassing by networking directly with firms.

I have heard recruiters will take you off the blacklist after one year, or whenever your starting bonus claw-back ends. Otherwise you will need to be released (in writing) by your current firm.
