Goldcoast sucks

Goldcoast has been probably the worst HH I have worked with. Constantly rude and snaky, and will continuously ghost. I’m at an EB and it’s night and day the way they treat us non targets vs the HSW kids. This past on cycle most of the people who got invites even in the top groups were from heavy pedigree - know a few ppl at top groups at GS/PJT/EVR that due to their non targets status Gold Coast didn’t give them any ints and consistently ghosted them. I know HHs make a cut, so want to place as much as they can, but the way Goldcoast goes about things vs other head huntersis night and day. I’m not sure how they were able to take CD&R from HSP, but it’s wild

Idk if SG sucks or I just deal with a bad person there. They’ve sent me two principal level roles I was interested in, had the call and she’s like ok we never spoke before let me Introduce myself, (we had spoke) and the firm and then I gave my elevator pitch. Role ended up being fake (which I called them out on, for resume collecting for once lateral does take off), second call she did the same thing, so I called her out for not paying attention first call.

Really? They have been super helpful with me (and my roommate). Much more thoughtful. Interesting how everyone has different feedback.
