I purchased it when I was going through GE recruiting earlier this year (and also ended up talking to the guy who runs/owns the site, although this isn't a sponsored comment or anything).

It's legit, if that's your question. The biggest help for me was the modeling and making sure that I 100% knew exactly how things like minority equity transactions, cap tables, etc. work. These are usually part of the case studies in the interviews for GE so it was helpful to see an example of someone who knew what they were talking about. He has sample models and also videos alongside them.

There's some other content but that core stuff for me was worth the price, especially if you haven't done VC / minority equity transactions before.

Do you think it was helpful to understand the different saas metrics and implementing them in a model? How about for preparing overall for a growth / vc interview? I’m coming from a non-tech IB group so a lot of this has been self taught but there aren’t that many resources online for free.

Yes, absolutely. It covers an ARR build (new, upsell, churn, downsell), marketing metrics (CAC, etc.) and other SaaS metrics that software investors look at (Magic Number, etc.).

I would say it *especially* would be useful to you coming from a non-tech group. It was even a helpful refresher from me and I had a background in tech.
