not familiar with their format, but i would try all the common formats.
first name.middle initial.last [email protected]
first initial last [email protected]
last name first [email protected]
last name.first [email protected]
[email protected] This is 100% correct, talked to few guys there recently.
Try all the combinations with middle name initial etc.; not much you can do other than that. There are websites which confirm/check/verify emails, google them up and try them out.
Lastly, if the person has Ö Ä Ü etc. in their name replace it with oe ae ue...
Other than that, you can call the reception, ask for that person, and ask them what you wanted to ask via phone.
