Has anyone heard anything about Fortescue Capital?

Relatively new outfit in NYC supported by the Australian mining company Fortescue. Any thoughts or information on this group that is focusing on clean energy transition investing? 

They have some information on Reuters, but not a lot other than the website it seems.
