Healthcare Funds for a Science-Clueless AN1

AN1 in a HC group with no science background / particular affinity for it; I enjoy the dynamics of the businesses and sector as a whole but am weary of the fact that biotech investing (and at some level medtech and services) requires a deeper knowledge of science that is inaccessible to me. Bearing that in mind, I'd like to recruit for HC PE roles nonetheless, but those that do not have an inherent ceiling due a few years down the line.

  1. What investing roles should I accordingly broadly be targeting?
  2. Any specific funds worth investigating?
