Assuming you don't have capital IQ, you can just google for news. I just typed in "viber acquisition revenue" and the first link has price, revenue, and user numbers. Check SEC filings for the acquiring company too.
Agreed with above. Google should be able to get you the general metrics of what you are looking for. For tech companies, you can also look around tech blogs and databases such as crunchbase.
