HELP-Where to get acquisition information about private targets?

Long story short: I'm an intern at a VC. A GP wanted me to value a company using precedent transactions analysis. He selected the acquisition comparable universe, which includes Skype, Viber and Whatsapp. How do I get the financial information about these companies when it got acquired? Thanks.

Agreed with above. Google should be able to get you the general metrics of what you are looking for. For tech companies, you can also look around tech blogs and databases such as crunchbase.

Paid subscription services that may contain info include CapIQ, Mergermarket.
