HIG Bayside Modeling / In Person Interview
Hi everyone,
I have an hour in-house modeling test and an hour in-person interview for Bayside coming up (First round). I was wondering if anyone has been through this process and knows what to expect? Thanks a lot in advance.

I did it and had a brain meltdown and didn’t finish the model at all, was also an ebitda rec. still got the invite to the super day though for what it’s worth. Think it’s a will you show up and commit an hour of time type of test
