How do you know if a headhunter interview went well?
If the headhunter followed up with a thank you and a list of firms that they expect to kick off soon, is that a good indication you have passed their screen?

Is it a good sign when headhunters check in with you after every interview to see how it went? Or is this just standard practice for them?
Found it a little odd as most times I’m just rehashing the entire interview and questions asked
