How is Redbird doing now?

Redbird has had an excellent reputation in the past, has that changed at all? I know 4 of their partners left to create Otro Capital, so how has this affected Redbird? I looked at the firms recent hirings and it looks like they've expanded their recruiting efforts in comparison to their elder hires. What's the visibility here? How about the recruiting process, culture, pay, hours, etc? Non target btw.

Didn't think they hired analysts out of undergrad - thought you needed a H/S/W MBA or from GS/MS/JPM. Turns out I was very wrong. You're right in that they have expanded their recruiting efforts. No visibility on pay or hours.

RedBird invested in Alpine Racing alongside Otro so probably not a bloody "breakup". Their recent hires appear to all be junior or very senior.

does anyone know their headhunter or recruiting plans for 25/26? pls share
