2014 sales was $100, 2015 sales was $150, and 2016 sales will be $200 2014 costs was $50, 2015 costs was $70, and 2016 costs were $90 2014 profit was $50, 2015 profit was $80, and 2016 profit was $110
How much of 2016's margin expansion (110-80=30) was due to sales increase versus slower cost increase?
