How to build consensus despite disagreements / differences?

Hi guys:

Wanted to ask you for some book recommendation / soft-skill advices please - what are some frameworks, approaches, books that talk about how to build consensus despite disagreements and differences please?

I think that's a skill that comes up quite a lot in PE. For example, Party A genuinely think a company should go this way, Party B genuinely thinks it should go the other. You still have to work well together, find a direction, and execute well. You get the gist...

Thanks!
