Technically 2024 FT for IB will not start until banks know how many return offers will be given out to the SA’s and how many they’d need to bring on. It’s a bit of a numbers game and given the current market I have no clue how many firms will even want to recruit for FT.

With that being said the best way to position yourself is to network your ass off. A lot of the FT processes are often “backdoored” so to speak. Often no formal application online and the way to get into the process is by direct referral.

It’ll begin late July early August so have your plan, network, and referrals in place before then. Good luck!
