HSBC middle market leverage finance?

Hi guys, have an interview with HSBC middle market leveraged finance lined up - does anyone know how fundamentally different deals done by the mid market team are vs the traditional HSBC leveraged finance team? Is it only deal size or will one expect to do different types of deals, and how are they perceived if I'd start recruiting for PE 2 years from now?
